Hi, I Am Sanjay Dayaseela

I am a fully qualified and accredited Naturopath, Clinical Herbalist, and Nutritionist proudly serving the Malvern East community. My journey in natural health began at the Australian College of Natural Medicine, now known as Endeavour College of Natural Health, where I graduated and gained the knowledge and skills to support others on their path to wellness.

Originally from Sri Lanka, I grew up surrounded by a rich tradition of natural remedies that have been part of my family’s heritage for generations. This early connection to healing herbs and natural practices sparked a deep interest in holistic health, which eventually led me to Australia to pursue formal studies in natural medicine. Today, I’m proud to be an accredited Naturopath, combining my cultural roots with evidence-based care to support the wellbeing of my clients.

During my studies, I developed a deep appreciation for the medicinal properties of herbs and nutritional supplements. I learned how to apply them safely and effectively in clinical practice, guided by both traditional wisdom and evidence-based research grounded in modern science.

As an accredited Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, and Herbalist, I’m passionate about sharing the benefits of this remarkable system of natural healthcare with others. My goal is to make holistic, personalised support accessible to everyone seeking a healthier, more balanced life.

I truly believe in the transformative power of natural medicine. It supports the body’s innate ability to heal, helps prevent illness before it starts, and plays a vital role in nurturing healthier, more resilient communities.

Principles of Care at Good Life Naturopathy – Malvern East

  1. Proactively assess health risks and provide targeted interventions to help prevent illness in individuals across the Malvern East community.
  2. Empower patients through education, encouraging them to take an active role in managing and maintaining their health.
  3. Identify and address underlying barriers that may be disrupting the body’s natural healing processes.
  4. **Treat the whole person—physically, emotionally, and environmentally—** by tailoring each treatment plan to the unique needs of clients in the Malvern East area.
  5. Focus on the root causes of illness, rather than merely alleviating symptoms, to support long-term wellness.
  6. Prioritize gentle, effective treatments that minimize side effects and work with the body—rather than suppressing symptoms.
